Read it first thing in the morning. Every morning.

Not Monday. Not after the holidays. Now.

You do not need a dramatic rock bottom to take this seriously.

It sounds big because it is. Believe it anyway.

The real version of your life starts here.

The boredom is temporary. The clarity is permanent.
10. "You don't need alcohol to have a good time. You need a good time to have a good time."
The fun was always you. Alcohol just took credit for it.
11. "The first step toward getting somewhere is to decide you're not going to stay where you are."
Decision first. Everything else comes after.

Say it even if you do not believe it yet. Especially then.

Your path does not have to look like anyone else's.
