An Online Sober Coaching & Support Group For Women

I want in!

You’ve built a successful life—
so why does quitting drinking feel so hard?

You’re a high achiever. You set goals and crush them. You’ve worked hard to create the life you have.

Yet behind closed doors, alcohol has become your biggest challenge.

You tell yourself you’ll stop after this weekend… or this event… or this one last glass.

But the cycle keeps repeating.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in that cycle, telling yourself you’ll stop, only to end up back in the same place. I know breaking free is 100% possible with the right support. You don’t have to figure this out alone. That’s why I created The Sobriety Circle

And if you're being honest? You’ve spent years putting everyone else’s needs first. You’re a people pleaser who makes sure everyone else is happy, even at your own expense.

It’s time to choose you.

That’s where The Sobriety Circle comes in.

TELL ME MORE

You’ve tried white knuckling “not drinking” or “toning it down” but always come back to it.

The reason? You’re missing this main piece:

Drinking isn’t the problem,

it’s the solution you’ve been using

When you learn healthier ways to calm your nervous system, the urge to drink loses power.

Once this belief clicks, everything shifts.

Instead of trying to “fight cravings,” you finally understand why they show up — and how to meet that moment differently. That’s when sobriety stops feeling like punishment and starts feeling like peace.

 Phase 1:

Clarity

“Oh… this actually makes sense.”

You’ll uncover what’s really driving your drinking (stress cycles, emotional habits, nervous system responses, not “lack of willpower”).

👉 Result: Shame lifts. You stop blaming yourself and start working with yourself.

 Phase 2:

Calm

“I can handle the urge without spiraling.”

You’ll learn Courtney’s CALM tools to ride out cravings, regulate emotions, and feel grounded, especially during witching-hour moments.

👉 Result: Cravings feel less scary because you finally have tools that work in real life.

 Phase 3:

Confidence

“I trust myself again.”

You’ll rebuild self-trust one decision at a time, practice new routines, and experience wins that actually stick.

👉 Result: You stop starting over on Mondays + momentum begins to compound.

 Phase 4:

Connection

“I don’t have to do this alone.”

Community accountability, honest conversations, and support from women who truly get it without judgment or perfection pressure.

👉 Result: Sobriety stops feeling isolating and starts feeling empowering.

MEET YOUR HOST!

COURTNEY ANDERSEN

Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a Certified Sober Life Coach, host of the Sober Vibes Podcast, and your personal sober cheerleader. With certifications in CBT Life Coaching and Stress and Anxiety Management, I support women who are sober or sober curious in creating a life they no longer want to escape from. I’m also the founder of Sober Vibes and National Sober Day on September 14, an empowering online movement for women choosing alcohol free living.

When I got sober, I knew I wanted more than just not drinking. I wanted a life I was genuinely excited to wake up to. That desire is exactly what inspired The Sobriety Circle.

This community is designed for high achieving, people pleasing women who are successful in so many areas of life but have felt stuck here. We focus on emotional sobriety, confidence, boundaries, cravings, and building a life that actually feels good. No labels required. No rock bottom needed. Just a willingness to choose yourself.

I’ve been sober since 2012 and bring over 13 years of lived experience into my coaching.

Inside The Sobriety Circle, our coaching meetings cover topics like triggers, boundaries, emotional regulation, cravings, and open discussion so you never have to figure this out alone.

THE VIBES FROM INSIDE THE CIRCLE:

A relaxing, laid-back group of women with supportive content. Logging in to video group meetups is easy no matter where you live. Lighthearted women supporting one another with comedic relief from the podcast, music, mocktail recipes are a bonus. Lots of helpful, gentle guidance and support. This is a wonderful place to land for anyone, no matter their stage in sobriety.

Wow, one year sober. It's not something I thought I would say, I didn't want to see it, I fought for a long time. But, I was scrolling through Instagram and came across the saying Sobriety will change your life. That day, I signed up for sober vibes. This group has been such a positive place to speak your WHY, your oops, your thankfully sober, and your oh crap I need help. Courtney is so open, funny, and honest, it's not a do this, do that group. Reading her book, listening to the podcasts, and having meetings in your own home is a godsend. This is a great group, and I am so happy I found it. Here is to 381 days alcohol free.

 ~Amy

I have been listening to the Sober Vibes Podcast for a few months now, and when I found out there was a site (The Circle) launching, I knew I had to check it out. Courtney is hilarious and very relatable. This community has been such a great tool to use in my sobriety! I love how I get notifications sent to my phone about upcoming meetings and topics that have been posted. This amazing group makes it easy to hold yourself (and others) accountable!

~Alison

The Circle has been the most loving, supportive, and honest space I didn’t know I needed. I have struggled with trying to stay sober on my own for years, and when I relapsed, I didn’t know where to turn. Courtney, and everyone on this platform, have been a safe space to walk through the missteps and get guidance for how to be the stronger, more authentic version of myself. It is also more than a sober community! Courtney is bringing so many incredible things to the table, like book recommendations, journal prompts, and her insights on how to live sober AND BE HAPPY DOING IT. I look forward to every interaction I have in The Circle, and I could not be more thrilled to share it with others.

~Katie

This community has been integral to my sobriety journey because I have such an amazing support system. I’ve struggled over the last several years to maintain long-lasting sobriety; the part I was missing was community. I have found my tribe and am excited about this new chapter! Thank you, Courtney and my sober sisters!

~Rebecca

This wasn’t my first attempt to quit drinking… but it was the first time I stopped trying to do it alone.

I decided to gather every resource I could: podcasts, books, YouTube—anything that could help me stay committed. That’s when I discovered Courtney on Spotify and Instagram. Her voice, her honesty, her understanding of the real struggle—it clicked instantly. I thought, this is the kind of support I’ve been missing. A community that celebrates progress, even when it feels small… and someone who truly gets how unbelievably hard this is.

I joined The Sobriety Circle in October 2024, just two months into my alcohol-free journey. I dove in—reading, learning, sharing, and connecting. And what I found surprised me: no judgment, only love, encouragement, and people walking the same path. I could be honest in a way I can’t even be with friends… or sometimes, even with my own husband. This space reminds me every day: I’m not alone. Especially in those craving moments that show up out of nowhere—this group has been my lifeline.

This year, I celebrated ONE FULL YEAR of sobriety. And I’m still here. Because this community keeps me grounded. It gives me peace. It reminds me that confidence is something alcohol steals from us—and rebuilding it takes time and support.

Inside this group, I’m growing that confidence back. I’m moving forward. And I’m not stopping.

Thank you, Courtney and The Sobriety Circle, for making this journey less lonely and infinitely more possible.

~Ksenia

I love the sober community that I have found in the Circle! Courtney, her team, and all the members have made this space feel safe, relaxed, and fun for me. I love the daily check-ins for my own accountability and the live group meetings if I need extra support. I am still focused on one day at a time, and the supportive community I have found here  in the community has been so helpful. The Circle is a solid tool in my toolbox that I use daily to help me learn and grow on my sobriety journey. Thank you, Courtney, for adding a much-needed, simplified, all-in-one platform to the sober community. If you are looking for a way to connect with others who are judge free & sober-minded, this is the space for you!

~Cari

I LOVE the community. I feel like I am not alone in this struggle for the first time ever.
